I've spent eight years on the growth side of businesses, running the marketing and building the systems underneath it.

Most of that work came down to the same few fixes. Leads arriving and nobody answering them quickly enough. Good people spending their week on admin that software should be doing. And tools that don't talk to each other, so somebody copies everything across by hand.

AI is the first thing I've used that fixes those properly. It's real software doing the job every day, not a chatbot bolted onto a website. So that's what 8nertia is now. We build the system, connect it to what you already use, and stay until it runs without us.

I'm based in Bristol and I work with businesses across the UK and further out. Most clients come from a recommendation, or from seeing a system we built and asking for the same thing in their business.
